The company was established in July 2005 by Geraldine Rabone who began her career working with the military in Europe. Following maternity leave, Geraldine moved to the NHS where her career took her from medical secretary into management.

In October 2005 we were delighted to welcome our first Harley Street Consultant, Dr Christopher A Jenner, Consultant in Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine. His practice is now managed by Satellite Sec.

In January 2006 we helped a London NHS hospital clear a major backlog problem. In February, we were approached once again and now provide all the transcription services for the department.

In May 2006 we were approached by the head office of a National Health Organisation to provide transcription services on an ad-hoc basis.

In June 2006 we were delighted to welcome Dr M W Platt, Consultant in Anaesthestics and Pain Management to our list of clientele.

In August 2006 Satellite Sec welcomed Coletta Tumelty to our list of clientele. Coletta runs a management consultancy business providing expertise and support on HR related matters, typically to FTSE 100 companies.

Physiofunction joined us in January 2007. Physiofunction is a private physiotherapy service specialising in the treatment of strokes and head injuries, as well as general physiotherapy.
